Declutter your mind and let’s challenge the obstacles which are holding you back. I will help you create a new road map to move your life forward in a way which feels achievable and exciting.

3. Action

This part is up to you to take the agreed actions to reach the key milestones on your roadmap to your desired destination. Think of me as your passenger who will be supporting and encouraging you all the way.

4. Results

You will feel more reconnected to your life and excited about becoming the best version of you.

Coaching Programs

  • 1:1 Coaching

    I offer you the space and structure for the reflection that is necessary for your own learning and growth. I ask that you commit to a three month programme with a free 30 minute initial exploratory session.

    These can be conducted over Zoom, in-person & telephone.

  • Walking Coaching

    Or why not take a walk with me? The natural world goes through a yearly cycle of transition, birth, growth, fall, renewal. By walking in nature we can experience this cycle and that can be a powerful metaphor to inspire our own thinking and beliefs. ”Me thinks that the moment my legs begin to move, my thoughts begin to flow”.   • Events

    Another option for a more bite sized “try before you buy” is to join me for one of my events. Attending an event gives you an opportunity to meet me in person, get a sense of my approach as well as meet new likeminded people.

    And if you’ve already had coaching with me attending an event can provide a great opportunity to give yourself a self development check in.

Corporate Coaching

A lack of employee engagement is one of the biggest concerns in todays corporate world, negatively impacting performance, absence, mental health and well-being which ultimately has an adverse effect on both the people and the organisation.

I help organisations to: develop a coaching culture, coach people through organisational change, coach towards conflict resolution, coach on both individual and collective goals, organisational values and team beliefs.

  • I like to think of coaching as a partnership between the individual or group and the coach.

    Coaching helps you focus in on specific areas of your life which you would like to improve.

    Sometimes you may not know what that is, you may just feel that something isn’t quite right. The aim is to empower you to find solutions and take actions to move closer to a more fulfilling life.

    On the surface this may sound simple but sometimes we feel stuck due to limiting beliefs and our goals not being aligned with our true values in life.

    It is a rich journey of self-enquiry and development which can be as rewarding as achieving the goal itself.

  • Coaching mainly takes place weekly on zoom calls or in person. I also offer walking coaching….increase your steps at the same time!

    Sessions last one hour and I ask that you are ready and willing to commit to your coaching journey.

  • It depends what you want to achieve. I recommend that clients commit to a three month programme (six sessions) in order to see sustainable change.

  • No I am not a counsellor, psychologist nor a miracle worker. I may look to your past to see what may be holding you back but coaching is about moving forward in life and I will guide and support you throughout your journey.
